• Take US 60 East (US 60 Bypass/Wendell Ford Expressway)
• Take New Hartford/HWY 231 – exit 16 ramp • Turn left (north) on New Hartford Road
• Travel approximately 1.14 miles (you will go through two stoplights)
• Turn right at 3rd stoplight (Across from Owensboro Christian Church)
*Located up the hill, 3rd Building on the right.
FROM EAST:
• Take US 60 West (US 60 Bypass/Wendell Ford Expressway)
• Take New Hartford/HWY 231 - exit 16 ramp • Turn right (north) on New Hartford Road

Appointments
Please contact the Community Dental Clinic at 270 691 6205 to schedule an appointment. Our friendly front office staff will be happy to assist you. Please be aware that due to the extreme demand for dental services at the Community Dental Clinic, appointments may book several weeks in advance. The Community Dental Clinic has a very strict Confirmation, Cancellation, No Show Policy. All appointments must be confirmed by 2:00 pm the business day prior to the appointment (If appointment is on Monday, patient must confirm by Thursday). As a courtesy, we provide a reminder call, but patient is ultimately responsible for confirming appointments. Non-compliance or abuse of our cancellation policy will result in loss of appointment previleges and dismissal of patient. Tardiness is not tolerated. Staff reserves the right to reschedule or dismiss patient based upon available time or chronic tardiness. New patients should arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment to allow for paperwork.
Insurance and Billing
The Community Dental Clinic accepsts Medicaid Managed Care Programs including Well Care, Aetna, Humana Caresource, and Passport . We also accept Kentucky Medicaid Unisys. Community Dental Clinic does not participate in Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Medicaid or any private dental insurance plans. We accept checks, cash or credit cards.
Payment Options
We accept checks, money orders, cash or credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover). As mentioned above, we are a Kentucky Medicaid Provider as well.
Financing Options
The Community Does Not offer any financing options at this time.
